Flattening the RF-container site
One of the last ground-works tasks has been to flatten the area at the far north of the array, where the RF-container will be placed. This work was carried out on the afternoon of the 4th July 2011.
At the left of the photograph, there is a large concrete foundation bar. The RF-container will rest on two of these. Note that although it has mostly gone, there are still some patches of snow left on the hillsides.
